• WorldofWaves is a global community of surfers united by a common bond - the ocean. 

• Its mission is simple: Connect and strengthen the world's surfing communities in order to protect and enhance this common bond.

• The rationale is simple: The oceans move between us regardless of borders. Borders, be they national, local or the narrow confines of our minds, are meaningless divisions in what should be a united front. Surfers are on the front line around the world. United, connected and educated they can become one single powerful voice and the true guardians of our common ocean.

• WorldofWaves will be user owned and directed. Every 10th registration you make using the same username provides you with 1 share in WorldofWaves. Every 3 years 20% of the company will be divested to shareholders until it is 100% user owned and operated. Management will be democratic with shareholders exercising their voting rights online. Shares can be traded online or offline.
