HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER
Placing an order with PrePaidCellular.com is very easy.

When the desired phones and accessories are found, click the "Buy Now" button associated with the item.

The contents of your shopping basket will be displayed. This information reveals the quantity, description, stock availability, per unit cost, and total cost. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on the "UPDATE QUANTITIES" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately. If you choose to continue shopping subsequent items are automatically added to your basket each time you select the "Buy Now" button. Items may be removed from the shopping basket by setting the quantity to zero (0) and clicking on the "UPDATE QUANTITIES" button.

Click "CHECKOUT" to proceed.

Enter an email address and password to create an account. Click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" to proceed with purchase.

Enter billing information as it appears on credit card statement. Click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" to proceed with purchase.

Enter shipping address. If shipping information is different than billing information the order will be delayed for verification. Click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" to proceed with purchase.

Most of our phones are provided with free standard delivery. If you choose a shipping method other than our standard delivery, choose your preferred method of delivery And click "Next" to proceed with purchase.

Double check all information to verify its accuracy and click "SUBMIT ORDER". A page will be displayed which details the information specific to this order. An Order ID number will appear on the page. This is the ONE of the records of your order. An additional receipt will be sent to the email account you provide us. You must save or print one of these pages for your records. We use this Order ID number to track the status of your purchase.

If you choose to purchase by cashiers check, money order, or personal/business check you must mail a copy of this page along with your payment to PrePaidCellular.com, Inc P.O. Box 1234 West Covina CA, 91790

HOW IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
Our Online Store uses VeriSign which is the Internet's leading system for securing online purchases. We offer you leading-edge cryptographic techniques, and ultra-secure facilities which guarantees you complete confidence in our site. Our security system covers online ordering forms, email forms, order status and account information forms.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE
We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also provide the ability to purchase by check (U.S. currency only) using our Site or through the postal mail. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases at our Online Store. If you choose to purchase by money order or cashier's check, your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If you choose to purchase by personal or business check, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is released. There will be a $5 fee for money order, cashiers check, personal and business check processing. A $25 fee will be accessed on all returned checks.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order click on the Order Tracking link available at www.prepaidcellular.com. Enter your email address & password, then click on "View Order History". Tracking information is available from Federal Express and UPS 24 hours following shipment of your order. Please allow 2-3 day for standard delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At this time, our Online Store is unable to process any credit cards issued or billed outside of United States.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your product arrives defective you may return it to us for a replacement or for a credit within 30 days of the invoice date. All opened non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. Before returning any item, please contact orders@prepaidcellular.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.All return shipping must be prepaid and is non-refundable. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number. All items must be returned in "as-new" condition, in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. . Once the return is received please allow 7-10 business days for credit. All credit card credits will be sent to the original credit card used.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received a defective product and would like replacement, please email us for an RMA number. Once you have received a RAN please send the package to us prepaid postage only.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. After you receive the product, if you choose to return it, all items must be in resaleable condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items.
