Returns
The PrePaidCellular Program features an easy return policy. This policy only applies to phones purchased at the PrePaidCellular online Store.
Returns are Easy - Most of our phones come with a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. The phone must be in its original packaging and in working condition. Please review each manufacturers return policy for any variations of our standard return policy.

How To Return Your Phone - All returns must be submitted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our returns department for a RMA by calling 1-877-xxx-xxxx or contacting returns@prepaidcellular.com. Print a copy of your email receipt and indicate the reason for your return on the receipt. Include this with your phone, wrap the package securely, and mail your phone (post-paid) to the following address:

All return shipping must be prepaid and is non-refundable. Please send all returns via Fedex, UPS, or any courier that issues tracking numbers.

Refunds - We will credit the original credit card used to purchase the phone 2 - 3 business days after we have received the item. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return request that use our online check payment system, will be issued after funds clear. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to clear before requesting a RMA.

Exchanges - Our returns center cannot process exchanges, you can call 1-877-923-5585 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Gifts - We can only refund the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
